What is a PLN?
A PLN is a Professional Learning Network. This network is one that is personalized towards the most important person, you! This is an opportunity to collect web based resources that you, as a professional, can utilize to help your classroom run smoother on a daily basis. Need help with a tough student? Look at a blog for feedback, input, and advice on how to modify behavior. Stuck on how to implement a standard? Look to Twitter for lesson ideas, creative assessments, and extension resources. With the creation of PLNs, teachers of all subject areas, grade levels, and diverse populations can connect across the county and the world! PLNs are a great way to stay connected to educational professionals that are similar to you!
